@Malta
I've been trying to call you, nikka.
I'm going to need you to pick up, you still aren't answering.

Three seasons later, and he's still doing the same shyt.All the more reason to build good habits now while his game is still malleable. The longer he keeps playing like this the longer it's gonna take for him to break those bad habits, because the likelihood of him changing his approach to the game decreases with each passing performance. Especially considering his body is a ticking time bomb and he's constantly reenacting The Three Stooges on the court.
And yet he'll be 24 in a few months. Most players 'are what they are' at that age for the rest of their careers, for better or for worse.
How about now?Hasn't disappeared in enough playoff games to earn that title yet :scheming:
How about now?
I hope he don't start flopping like Harden, but I appreciate the humility, this nikka a fool
He already is, which is the troubling thing. Instead of using counter moves on the block he's using Harden's moves. @Malta this is who you place your faith in, to lead this generation of big men; a big who'd rather rely on a call from the officials than stand on his own two feet - literally.....
I'm playing the long game here, while you're content with selling a false product. If you don't condemn his bad habits now, you'll have to deal with the mammoth repercussions when the masses turn on him.
This post was made four years ago. How fitting they both could end up exiting in the same fashion on the same team. Quite literally following in Harden's footsteps.Let's hope Embiid doesn't follow in the footsteps of Harden in future postseasons.
Raptors are a bad matchup for 76ers

Let's cut to the chase, shall we -
They're one and the same. Those bad habits will not only increase the likelihood of him getting injured (I have no sympathy for Porzingis, or any other player who gets injured while exaggerating contact), but like I initially said, they'll become so ingrained in his game that he won't be able to shake them; enter the postseason and he'll struggle to generate points in the post because he'll be constantly looking for a call, but the refs will be like....
Even Philly fans can see that flopping/looking for calls are a more frequent ploy of his to score, than actually utilizing his post-skillset.

You're probably the only Philly fan in existence to acknowledge this way back when everyone else was in denial.Yeah Embiid looks for fouls way too much. It's one of the reasons his post play is so awkward. He had like 2-3 brilliant moves yesterday and in between those moves was a lot of flopping and looking for calls. I hate that shyt.
