Tech corporations started sending IT jobs offshore YEARS ago.

Now Tech complains.. “we don’t have enough skilled American workers” - nah fukk that, it’s cheaper to hire foreign so you would rather do that. Look at the tech layoff thread. Plenty of skilled workers being let go from major companies.

And IF there is less of a talent pool it’s probably because ppl realized IT was going offshore and stopped following that career path.

Lots of tech workers make it easy for them to be replaced. One they don't pay attention to the companies finances. And two their always oblivious about offshoring because they believe it will never happen to them.

And they always train their replacement in exchange for a severance. I've been asked 3x to train my replacements but declined every single time. I'm out looking for another job the minute you start onboarding a bunch of foreigners.

Tech workers have no balls in this country. I'm surprised they even went to Twitter to complain. Someone else probably put a battery in their back. Cause they normally docile as hell.
