I recall my office was thinking about an open floor plan (nobody likes that) from cubicles and then COVID hit and we realized having barriers is actually a good idea for more reasons than not

But we’ll see. There are federal unions drafting up law papers right now as we speak. They will be sued. Most of these jobs do not need to be done in an office setting. Most of the time forcing people into office was to justify the real estate and to micro manage.

They can still lose talent too, not just to regular employees. These cats aren’t serving ice cream…

But go ahead Elon, fukk the government up and overwork/underpay everyone who decides to stay while also making them drive shytty commutes, force to find daycare or adjust schedules, etc.
