Id be willing to bet these 3rd world dictators are the richest, even moreso than the cartels. And they are very good at hiding their western cash.


I recall that when ghadafi died they discovered he was worth 200billion and had crazy stakes in everything from new york hedge funds, to real estate in Paris. Could you imagine paying your rent every month to some random 3rd world dictator and not even knowing it? Thats what ghadafi was doing. Dude even had a significant share of the UK soccer team chelsea, the most valuable team on earth. Ghadafi had Elon musk money way back when bill gates only had 90billion.
