It depends on how aggressive the drug cycle was. She never had a high % of body fat to begin so if she's blasting things like test, tren, dbol, her body body will become more noticeably more muscalar daily.
I've done a good bit of research on this. The drug blasting they do on gender swaps are so insane that its on the level of world class bodybuilders
