I was at a dispensary buying weed and a girl that had obviously been getting hormonal treatment to become a man took my order. She/he had a full receding hairline and beard but the small frame of a woman and the voice of a tiny girl.
It is indeed a mental illness with a couple classifications. These people rarely find happiness even when they change themselves. That's when a lot of them actually acknowledge they have a mental issue and wish they were advised not to do the surgery but it takes having gone thru it and not escaping the actual mental disorder for them to realize that. And the rest of their community gets mad at those who acknowledge it as a mental issue..
