Might cop this Friday. I never played these type of games. I am stuck in my infinite loop of the same 3 games for the last few years.

do it. i was someone who played dark souls III for five minutes and was PISSED i spent money on it. didn't really fukk with From games until sekiro.

it's probably the most forgiving souls game difficulty-wise, and offers a ton of flexibility when it comes to developing a fighting style that works with how you like to play.

What armor should I upgrade to for samurai. Still wearing the starting game armor

I’m a Samurai, pretty much have the same armor at level 30 except I’m rocking a Banished Knight Altered chest piece.

If you're a mage, word of advice, as fukked up as it sounds you gotta kite her ass around and use Tiche, Tiche can proc bleeds with their projectile and can actually dodge a lot of her attacks, you just gotta make sure when she does the bullshyt dimension slash that you guard the hit so the summon can live. 2nd phase, kill her ass before she tries the dimension slash.

Just found the worst fight ever (if you have wrong weapon). Story time:

So I'm messing around underground (Deeproot Depths). Come across Crucible Knight Siluria. Whooped his ass first try. Feeling beastly . Decide to go find this sorcerer that's in Caelid. Find the hideaway, go through it, get all my loot. At the boss room. Multiple messages saying 'try strike'. fukk a strike. I don't need no strike . Go in with dual katanas (been messing with Blood Nagakiba with Bloodhound Step in RH, Rivers of Blood in LH).

Boss? 3 of them Crystalians . And they proc Rot . My Katanas? Yeah, I might as well have been trying to kick them to death. They do shyt . I have one strike weapon on me, and it's unleveled Hoslow's Whip . I threw myself in there trying to figure something out, and nothing's working. (I actually used Mimic Ashe to pull aggro to see if I could kill one with only backstabs. Not happening) .

I exit stage left . Go to Roundtable. Check my storehouse for a strike weapon. Morning Star . Took 10 minutes to get runes, buy stones and level it as much as I could (+18). Go back. Oh, you bytches wanna play, let's play . Walked in there and decimated them first try .


Moral of the story: fukk From for putting them dumb ass enemies in the game, then making you fight them with a specific weapon type .

Hated that fight, i ended up using the rock sling cause after a couple of hits they end up losing that defense and you can crack 'em, but getting to that point with 3 of them hoes was

I mained Uchi, nagakiba, and Moonveil for my entire playthrough and beat the game but I been going around on a revenge tour fighting anything I missed or has washed me in the past

Been messing around with different weapons and that bloodhound fang is pretty dope, one of my favorites

Katana/Claws (Bloodhound Step) still my main duo. Claws are my bosskillers. They are the one weapon that gives me the illusion of playing 'fast' lol. I fought Fia's dragon with dual katanas (Blood Nagakiba (with Bloodhound Step)/Rivers of Blood) and it killed me a few times. Switched to claws and killed it first try. Uchi was my main forever, but I think it might be retired now . I'm still gonna +25 it because it deserves it. It's still my highest weapon at +21 lol. I haven't found any new stones lately. Guess that means I should progress the story more.

I like the twinblades too. Eleanora's Poleblade is good, and I run it with a Blood Godskin Peeler, which is dope cause you can put any ash on it. I do like it's normal WA, but I have to find it's ash cause I like to have that high ass bleed on it with Blood infusion.

I will say it’s way easier to level up somber stone weapons late-game than it is the normal ones, although you can do some crazy shyt with the ashes of war. I like to make my builds specifically off of my main weapons anyway so I figure it’s best to invest in a legendary weapon as your main

once you’re around endgame level like 120+ it isn’t too hard or even too expensive to get the somberstone bell bearings and just buy what you need. The last one is still pretty rare but 1-10 is way easier to reach than 1-25


I beat the game and am at 157 and could’ve leveled up more but I’m just spending all my runes on legendary armor and weapon upgrades for the inevitable new game plus down the line
