Disappointing game. I figured we'd get beat 2-0 maybe 3-1. We looked awful out there. Things to keep in mind. That team we fielded was very weak. Wondo, Zusi, and Beckerman had no business starting in a semifinal game. Unfortunately between guys missing and bad judgement by Klinsmann we were left with a very half assed squad. Keep in mind that 6 of the guys on the field play in the MLS. If we were going to win the game it was going to take a miracle and after 3 minutes that miracle was already shattered.

Klinsmann needs to held accountable for the poor team he used and the players need to be held accountable for looking downright terrible out there. I'm hoping in the 3rd place game Klinsmann goes with the young guys to let them get the experience.

I don't know much about Darlington as he is a Timber and can't support that. Just saw that he's only 25. I think he's a rising player for the USA though.

Pulisic if he continues the path he is on will be the truth. He's only 17 years old. I expect next year for him to really take off and show what he can do. He didn't get called up to Dortmund's first team until winter break. He played in 9 games for Dortmund scoring 2 goals. He's the youngest player to score 2 goals in the top league in Germany. He's already played in Europa games and next year will probably see some playing time when Dortmund are playing in the Champions League.

He didn't score, but watching him go up against multiple grown men use his body and strength to hold onto the ball after he lost it shows the little things that he can do.

First international goal on an assist from Nagbe. Calm and collected.

Really appreciate this breh breh. I'll check out what Nagbe about too. What about my man that starts with a Z I think who plays for arsenal. Pulsic looks nice.

you talking about zelalem who was loaned out to rangers for a season.

He helped promote rangers from the second to top scottish division last season. Another young yank player to look out for and emerson hyndman who just joined premier league side bournemouth

I'm not really holding out much hope that Zelalem is going to amount to much of a player. Seems like he hasn't really impressed in his time at Rangers. I hope I'm wrong though.

There is some young American talent playing for pretty respectable clubs.

Joshua Perez = Fiorentina
Emerson Hyndman= Bournemouth
Matt Miazga= Chelsea

And a name that not a lot of people know about.

Ben Lederman. Only 16 years old. Was training with Barcelona until Fifa made him leave.

I don't get this statement.. As a kid you play soccer and stick it and vise versa with other sports.. Outside of maybe having good athletic genes most kids can't see into the future and don't know if they'll have the height, weight, muscle, speed, etc to become a NFL, NBA, MLB, or soccer player. At a later age you might hear about a basketball player switching over and becoming a football player- Antonio Gates.. or a football player that can play baseball. But I've never heard about a player switching over to soccer at a later age and flourishing in it.
Because it's a lot more difficult to control a ball with your feet than it is with your hands

A nikka like Adrian Peterson trying to make quick changes of directions with a ball at his feet would be :heh:
