Im a big soccer fan and honestly and pathetically he is one of our best players, he is like the only one with a bit of technique. The problem is our fukking offense is disgusting, how the fukk and who the fukk is Zardes? He cant trap a fukking ball to save his life, or pass, or make runs......da fukk?

White kids play a lot of soccer in this country...
My Greek neighbor got all his kids playing...
Soccer or Lacross tend to be their fallback in case they don't make it to one of the big three...

Don't completely disagree but I'll say the majority is white because it takes money to seriously play here. We have a lot of kids who play the sport and have talent but go unnoticed due to a variety of reasons. This country doesn't have the culture for soccer to really succeed nor the infrastructure as far as talent development.
There have been handfuls of Americans who are pretty good playing for and in other countries.

Naaaw you can literally make another Mexico national team out California alone. After playing through the youth system and seeing the players being picked for the youth national team I realized this shyt is all politics. If you ain't got good grades you ain't playing at the next level. You got a better chance if you're black or white. If I had it my way there's would be a bunch of Mexi/Americans running the midfield and wings (for creativity and technical purposes) The best players I've seen around the country are Hispanic yet they never make it to the youth national team and when they do they flunk out IMG which is a school they require you to go to if you make it that far in the youth.
A coach can give his players a game plan and tell them to execute it all he wants but when a team is one touching it through your team making you chase the ball and scoring in the first 3 minutes all that shyts out the window. Just like Mike Tyson said "everyone has a game plan until they get punched in the face".

The problem with the Mexican kids is, the ones that are really good might run off and play for Mexico...
It's crazy that the requirements to play soccer at the next level are that much higher than the NBA/NFL...Half these dudes in the NFL can't even count to 100 yet got scholarships to big schools...

Pretty much. I see some crazy ass dudes playing at the park that are 100 times better than the Michael Bradleys or the Beckerman's of the world but they'll never get a chance because they don't got the grades
Until that changes the U.S will never take that next step. If Messi was born here, I guarantee you Bradley would make it over him because he got a 4.0 GPA

No they don’t. Football is the sport for the average man, if anything the best player usually are shorter than the average man. Only like 10% of males have the possibility to play in the NBA and NFL. So that leaves everyone under 6’4 having the ability to make MLS.
More people play soccer in the USA than Croatia, Uruguay, Chile combined. Population and stealing talent isn't a valid reason, culture would be a better reason
