I can't tell if you're agreeing with me or not

dudes keep saying Nigerians are overwhelmingly poor, which is true, but I don't think they realize how many wealthy Nigerians there are on the planet, who will also be looking to buy properties. Ant they would probably get it for lower prices than non Nigerian. I don't think they realize how flashy Naijas love to be.:pachaha:

There are about 120 million Nigerians ....... And living part time in Eko I can tell you there are a hell of a lot of rich ones...

Even though it's private money my beef with Fashola and now Ambode is that they should have spent more money on the poorer areas like mushin, ajegunle etc...

The Cosmos
Borderline Wakanda-level visuals.

Thanks for the drop. Should be a dope place when it comes together. Looks better than any city I've ever seen inside or outside Africa.

Why did you stop ?

Wanted to return to the states and get my experience and certs up. 9ja politics in the business landscape is quite ageist unless you know all the right people in all the right places...especially in Lagos state.

Lpg? Also who's buying up there. Mega rich nigerians or foreigners?

Yes short for Liquefied Petroleum Gas. I sold mainly to restaurants, hotels, and steel manufacturers. A few hospitals here and there.

My foreign customers mainly consisted of the Chinese, Indian, and Lebanese.

Nigerians make up the most billionaires in Africa and African diaspora and in the future will have 300 million people by 2050. I'm sure with the amount of wealthy Nigerian diaspora, they'll be enough to make the overwhelming majority, Lebonese and Brits will obviously eat too, but that place will be filled with wealthy Nigerians mostly. It's the poor Nigerians that won't reek the benefits of this projects.

Whether the project is successful or not doesn't matter to me but I can't stand flip flop ass nikkas. shyt irks me. If Eko Atlantic or whatever will be the next spot for the rich then so be it. fukk I don't know why nikkas think rich black people aren't going to want to live or be around other rich black people.

all these nikkas do is complain and bytch no solutions to anything.

these be the same nikkas talking about "we black people need generational wealth" " black wall street" "buy black" and all that other hotep shyt.

So this will just be a rich people only club?

:russ:

Why should anyone give a damn then?

why should anyone care about building black or generational wealth in america?

fukk are you talking about if this can be built in Kenya, liberia, ghana, Congo that will be great as well.

Every country is going to have areas exclusively for the rich.

I was there last week.
Its happening but its happening very slowly.
Look for it to pop in about 10 years from now.
The good thing is on the commercial side Investors are lining up at the door and just about every major company from banks to real estate firms to HVAC companies everybody is on the waiting list to setup headquarters there.
Its gonna be insane.........for residential areas its gonna be dominated by Arabs and Cacs unfortunately, your average joe cant afford none of that...... but it will employ tonnes of local workers though to keep the thing running, the economy will get a bump, tourism gonna get a bump, and the overall prestige of the country will get a bump no doubt.

What many havent realised is that they're also building a brand new international airport right next door, to make sure you can be in Newyork breakfast, lunch in Eko Atlantic, dinner in London, that kind of jet set shyt is what they're going for with no drop in standard anywhere.
