History points to the Arab conquest of Egypt into modernity. Ancient Egyptians were black, get over it.

It's worth noting that Coptic Egyptians, who were there for thousands of years before the Arab conquest, aren't Black Africans either. They do have some West and Central African DNA but also North African, East African, West Asian, and Arabian DNA. Which make perfect sense considering their region.
Ancestry in northeast Africa is far more complex than anyone with an axe to grind (on either side) is going to admit. Since reality has shown that ancient DNA backgrounds from the region are incredibly diverse with a multitude of influences, they always try to push the minority of results that match their ideology while ignoring the bulk of results that refute it.

The reason sphinxes have no noses is because those white archaelogists cut them off. Scholars and scientists may not have said "they were white" but they made sure to not say "they were black". And given how the world saw things in that time, everyone assumed they were white.
