i'm in central florida and had it growing on a trellis in the back yard and the fruits would be dropping faster that i could eat it. it had beautiful purple flowers. it became a nuisance though because the rhizomes would spread underground and it was damn invasive. i would find it growing in places i didn't want it to. i'm growing another variety right now that they say doesn't send rhizomes everywhere, but i'm using a huge pot just in case. it hasn't fruited yet but should this summer.
