recommendation:
6 weeks on 2 weeks off
ramp from 25mcg to 80mcg then down to 50
you MUST take N-Acetyl-Cysteine and Taurine
thats only if you arent taking benadryl6 weeks is way to long from the majority of what I read. I did it for 17 days ramping from 20 - 100 then tapering back down
