I feel Fultz is considerably better than anybody else in this draft. They couldn't have moved those picks for someone like Lillard or Harden.

There could be guys in the 2018 and 2019 draft better than fultz though

I've never seen an NBA trade like this

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
You can only give that much for a can't miss superstar

Dangelo Russell + Brandon Ingram + lonzo ball For towns is basically what we just saw

Towns was a sure fire star

Fultz though?

It's about fit though and the problem is the next two drafts are light on PGs while Fultz represents one of the best PG prospects to come a long in a minute, if you stop and look around the league there's a talent gap that seemed to happen out of nowhere for PGs. The best under 24 year old PG is probably Dennis Schroder right now, it seems like PGs take a long time to develop now when they used to just hit the league running.

This stops them from overpaying Jrue Holiday, and probably prevents them from throwing a max deal at Lowry, instead they can take a swing at maybe getting Otto Porter or KCP.

That's where I would think the next call would be. They could make a godfather offer for Brow.

I wonder if they'd be able to clear enough salary to add Hayward if they dealt for Davis. :jbhmm:

They just traded for Boogie their trying to make the playoffs theirs not trading Davis anytime soon

I get that, but

Durant
Wall
Rose
Towns
Kyrie

These guys were obvious superstar players. Is fultz near that level?

And look how much stronger they just made a team that they're gonna have to beat....

They could flip Cousins too and jump start a rebuild pretty quickly. With Brooklyn's pick, they could potentially have the top two picks next year.

Low key, the Lakers and Kings picks could be mid-late lottery. I'm not sold on Fultz as a franchise guy, but I think he's a perfect fit for what's going on in Philly.

Their not doing that until they give Boogie and AD at least a year to see how they do together

I think he's on the same tier as Kyrie, and Kyrie wasn't that much of a clear cut player at the time of the draft, there were a lot of people saying they should take Derrick Williams.

The thing is, a healthy Embiid is better than anything in the next two drafts, and if you check the 2017/2018 classes there just aren't any PGs really worth note. The 2019 is protected too, right?
