Yes, if they stay healthy they would have the versatility and talent to be among the best in the league. Them being a title team is all dependent on one players health though and he's yet to play a full season of basketball, college or otherwise

Huge mistake by Philly.. I believe the top 3 picks could be even.. Philly has 2 future first round picks from trades and they will need them to build this young team up..

There aren't any guards in either the 2018 or 2019 draft projected to be as good as Fultz, they need a lead guard.

Lowry is just as effective without the ball as he is with it. Having him on the team would allow Fultz to slowly transition into taking heavier reps as the main ball-handler, and all the duties, responsibilities and workload that comes with being the primary PG. On both ends too. Whether or not it's a good move financially is another thing together, but it's certainly a move that wouldn't stunt Fultz's growth.
