Hannibal had a lot of gory shyt that you wouldn't think they would allow on network TV. Speaking of that show with all the streaming networks now why in the hell hasn't someone had the bright idea to finish that series off in the correct way.

Hannibal coming to Netflix on the 10th. If it gets a Netflix bump, then I don't see why they wouldn't get a season to wrap things up proper. This Hannibal to me is the definitive portrayal, streets need that Clarice Starling run

Titus

They had an entire ep based on getting the abusive alcoholic father of Titus back to drinking because they thought he was boring sober.

The characters were essentially a dysfunctional family and the situations the show dealt with were often serious and dark and unusual for network sitcom fare, including death, attempted and committed suicide, rape, child molestation, mental illness, road rage, violence, drug abuse, domestic abuse, alcoholism, and terrorism

Yeah NYPD blue is the one. They actually would say shyt on the show and one controversial scene they had a women naked and you could see her silhouette in the dark.

i remember when NYPD blue had a female victim who was naked lying face down with her bare buttocks exposed. that was primetime network television.
don't think anyones done it since

in terms of violence? maybe this doesn’t count cause it’s “fantasy” violence but vampire diaries has hella blood in it, i was almost surprised at the level of violence in that show.

i’ve been watching dynasty, which is also on the cw and there’s been some “sex” scenes, characters mostly going down on each other which i was surprised about.
