If she really wants to revamp this she would make a series about Voldemort's rise to power. If that happens, I'm camping out for the books.

Exactly what I came to say. Rowling's universe is criminally under-explored. Goblet of Fire established that there are witches and wizards all over the world, which means she could set a sequel anywhere, drawing on new locations/mythologies to make it feel fresh

Or if she wanted to go the prequel route, she's name-dropped more than enough historical dark wizards to make a story about at least one of them
