Damn, when I saw the thread title I thought we were about to get a new Eddie Murphy standup special. I was on some shyt.

But we gotta have Tyler Perry as a special guest, but not Martin Lawrence, Chris Rock, and Dave Chappelle, guys who were greatly influenced by Eddie and are actually deserving of being mentioned in the same sentence as the man?

Both Martin and Chris Rock are involved and Chappelle likely isn't by his own choosing.

Tyler Perry has the clout in Hollywood to involve himself...it is what it is

Eddie Murphy is the Snoop Dogg of comedy. Came out the gates unfukwittable and then didn't give a fukk and dropped duds left and right in the later years.

When I heard this news and I thought he's going to do a special standup but totally disappointed. I guess he didn't have any material or he knew it's going be suck. I mean at his recently comedy films?.....all of them are suck and probably his stand up would be suck too, who knows?.
