Eddie Guerrero Johnny Cash tribute appreciation thread

I still have the RAW tribute show on DVD (and should watch it again sometime). You can tell that Guerrero was loved by the whole locker room.

I truly believe that when Eddie died, thats when Benoit checked out. It was only a year and half after Eddie died before Benoit died. Guerrero was the only one who kept Benoit grounded and understood Benoit. He was the only one (I feel) that could have talked Benoit out of what he did.

Anyway, Guerrero was a rare 5-tool wrestler. He could wrestle any type of match. Been missed badly in the wrestling business the past 8 years. RIP Eddie.

I remember his farewell match with milenko in ECW before they both left for WCW, both put on a 5 star match but you could tell they didnt want to leave the fans, because theyd stop a while with tears flowing down their eyes and look around at everybody

The night this aired. Wifey who isn't into Wrestling was also like

Eddie was one of the greatest performers ever. Him and Benoit could wrestle every Monday night and I wouldn't care. It's 100X's better than what we see now.
