seriously, what the NFL needs to do then, is create a long reel showing SEVERAL examples of how they think DBs should hit "defenseless" receivers & how not to.

And i guarantee it'll be a confusing ass video if they try to create it with several examples. How can a ref even determine it on the spot too?

It really needs to be examined closely because this is ridiculous.
