did you notice the benefits in your early 20s?

i can barely notice anything and i take 75mg a day 600mg caffeine


I'm in much better shape now. Back then it just gave me energy, it was whatever. I think I probably got so used to it that I stopped feeling the effects after a while but If I stopped using it I would be tired as hell.


Now if I take it I have to go straight to the gym. And I cant drive or take the bus because ill be too antsy, I have to either walk or ride my bike. The effects kick in instantly.

So it works a lot better for me now than it used too. I cant use it as an appetite suppressant, only for working out.

Keep in mind the thermogenic effect is maintained as the stimulant effect wears off.

Will update on my fat loss results next weekend. Hoping it can help me burn a half pound of fat per week (as I've stated before, I have plateaued at 13% BF restricting to 1800 cals per day working out in some form or another 6 days per week).

3 doses per day, 1ec & 1caffine 4 hours apart. Dont consume before workouts if youre using a pre-workout supplement.

Day 4 Update for those curious about starting:

I did end up noticing some anxiousness my first day taking it, but since then those feelings have disappeared and so has my perceived increase in energy

Right now when I take it I am feeling awake but still feel like I could nap if I wanted to. I do feel my chest beating a bit when I am focusing on it but it is not distracting during normal activity

Overall, I don't think side effects are really noticeable so I am confident that I can continue it for the next month until I run out of Bronkaid. At that point I am going to reevaluate my whole diet and get another BodPod measurement of my BF% and see what kind of difference it made

I would say ectomorph, just barely outside of the mesomorph category. I am definitely thin and small framed, but I don't necessarily have trouble putting on weight. I might even be a mesomorph who just hasn't realized his growth potential out of choice not to eat enough.

That being said, I have rethought my approach yet again to my current diet/fitness goals. I am no longer technically in cutting or bulking mode, nor am I in maintenance mode. I am going to eat 2000 calories with around a 45/35/20 split for carbs/protein/fats and stick with the EC stack 3 times per day and I'm going to let my body do whatever it chooses. I'm all about adding lean muscle, no matter how long it takes. I have been slowly noticing improvements in my physique...I certainly could do it faster if I switched to a bulk/cut cycle but I'm not into bodybuilding, I'm into fitness

I only take the ec stack once a day now for 2 weeks out of the month. I use bronkaid and walmart brand caffeine pills. I also take a vitamin with each dosage.

Scared of this.

I settled on Green Tea / Rasberry Ketone. I'm losing weight, but I wouldn't know how much to attribute to the supplement vs working out.

I feel the energy boost. No jitters. I mistakenly took a 2nd dose with my evening supplements once and didn't sleep at all that night. Never did that again.

1 WEEK UPDATE:

On day 7 now. Weighed myself this morning and was below 156 for the first time in a month (I have gained some noticeable muscle since the last time I weighed that, not a ton but enough to notice). I had been hovering between 156-159 for a while. Obviously, when you are talk a few pounds, water weight plays a major factor but nonetheless it was a positive sign and I think it may have been entirely fat that I have dropped because my abs are starting to get noticeably tighter. I have had an ab "outline" for a while, and after workouts my abs popped a bit. Now, I notice a more defined outline with a very slight pop right when I wake up in the morning.

I don't expect 1 week results to be extreme, so the very fact that I am seeing anything at all is definitely good news. Now, I am bumping up my calories another 200 per day this week to speed my metabolism back up since I think I was restricting calories too much for my activity level. So I will be curious to see if a week from now I still see improvements in the ab area.

2 WEEK UPDATE:

I have been steadily increasing my calorie intake trying to rev up my metabolism and work towards putting on muscle in the next few months,yet I'm still slowly losing fat which is amazing considering I had plateaued at a lower calorie level 2 weeks ago. I'm still well under my maintenance calories (I'm taking in 2200 now at probably 2600-2800 maintenance depending on any extra cardio I do), but factoring in that I was stuck when I was taking in 1800-2000 before the EC stack, that goes to show how well it is doing its job.

I lost another pound this week, so that is 2 weeks in a row I have dropped more weight while increasing calorie intake from my month long plateau

Although I am not muscular, the EC stack has done a great job over the last two weeks of making me look like I am gaining muscle because my fat loss has gotten to levels where I am starting to show a more "ripped" look with ab definition and some striation in my shoulders and pecs (what little pecs I have, that is). I would probably look fukking amazing if I had 5-10 lbs more muscle.

My wife is certainly loving the way I am looking. Not gonna lie though brehs, sometimes I think about how much I would be killing it right now if I was single. My confidence is at an all time high. EC stack has been magic.

A 4-pack ab outline shows when I'm not flexing, but to get good definition and see a 6 pack I have to flex and it has to be a time of the day when I'm not bogged down with excess water, so I am guessing I am down to 11-12% BF right now. Weight is 154, 5'9".

My personal ideal weight would be 160 at 8% BF, so I need to put on 10 lbs of muscle over the next year or two. Not in a rush, doing a very long, slow, clean "bulk" if you can even call it that. Main areas of concern are chest and back, I'm happy with my shoulders, legs, and ab development

This will be my final update for a while, because I won't have much more to say than "it works" every week.

Finished my 3rd week. Once again, I increased my calories again this week by another 200 per day and I still am continuing to lose weight. But the kicker is, I have noticeably gained some muscle as well (it needs to be reiterated that I am not very big, so it still could technically be noob gains even though I'm looking how I want to)

I am assuming that the EC stack is allowing my fat stores to be used as energy in spots where my daily food consumption would have been getting used instead. So at the end of the day, despite still being on a calorie defecit for eating, my body still has some calories left over to use for muscle production. Granted, my muscle gain/fat loss are slower when done together than they would be had I been doing a bulk/cut cycle instead, but considering I have only been doing this 3 weeks I would say that my goal of gaining incredibly lean weight is paying off.

I can even see an 8 pack when flexing at certain times of the day depending on recent food consumption/hydration levels. The fat loss has also helped my pecs gain definition, which is good since I have a very small chest I need as much fat loss in my upper body as possible to not look like a weirdo

I am going to finish up this box of Bronkaid and buy 1 more and finish that one (so I probably have 4-5 more weeks on the stack). All I can say in summary is that the EC stack is a plateau destroyer and should be used by anyone who is not on a huge bulk or at risk for stressing out their heart too much. I have been careful in my timing of taking the stack when I do high intensity cardio, I try either not to take it within 4 hours of the cardio session, or rather I wear a heart rate monitor to make sure I don't stay above 180 BPM for too long.
