I get/use EBT brehs, I refuse to buy 'junk' food with mines: chips, pizzas, candy, soda. In WI, you can buy that stuff, but I just don't want to. I wish a nikka would say somethin'...

That being said, to reiterate what's been said, OP is cherry picking like crazy, so much outrage for people like me and ZERO for corporations/wall street cashing checks with our tax money.

nah, cutting food stamps doesnt mean anything, all that bill would have done is cut the benefit by a few bucks, it wasnt going to deny anybody benefits

but my point is that you cant be pro food stamps and other social welfare AND also pro revolution, people that are well fed and housed (in public housing) arent going to revolt against a system that they depend on for food and shelter

I respect all hustle's, however to me i have pride and I would never use an EBT card, for me I rather go back to selling then take handouts.

Hmmm. . . Don't think I agree with this. Even folks on government assistance know intuitively that the system's corruption is bigger than their food stamps. My personal belief is that subconsciously, people in the projects who shyt in the hallways and piss in the elevator destroy their own environments almost as a "fukk you" to government.

When I was young, dudes in the pjs would piss in the elevator, and literally say right after, "the sh!t ain't mine".:kanyeshrug:

There's a subconscious and/or conscious resentment in the hood towards government assistance. And the resentment might actually be enough to harness a revolution one day. I ofcourse see your point as well too though.

Yes, wouldn't event think twice. I don't need handouts to survive. I have pride in not needing anyone to support myself.

Its not that I want to or not. If I feel I want to help someone Its my right to pay whatever I feel like it. If I don't that's still my right. People need to learn responsibility and take care of themselves and families. I am not rich, I worked to pay for school, and lived on my own since I was 16. Never once did I receive any govt handout. I worked my ass off for whatever little i have. Parents who want to give their kids this luxury of snacks should work more and save more to give them this. No one is entitled to anything. Thats the problem with people. They think they are entitled
