Okay, I know alot of people may take offense to what I got to say but just hear me out. I am at the store today and this chick got LV everything and its real with mad cash on her. She using her EBT card for candy and soda. Like WTF is that shyt. I thought that shyt was for like essentials you know bread, eggs, milk, etc. She using it for Hershey's chocolate and fanta soda. Like thats a shame tax dollars are wasted like this on people who truly don't deserve it, meanwhile you have struggling families trying to support themselves.

Yeah I never understood it either Im a broke college student and the only way I can get food stamps is if Im working over 20hrs a week and even then It's gonna be maybe $175 a month. It pisses me off that people who have it are wasting the money on junk food when If I had them I would be buying all types of fruits and vegetables that are organic and plenty of grains man.

the thing I used to hate was when I was like 19 as a broke college student and having some chick with her EBT card buying steaks and shyt, and I'm buying a $1 loaf of bread. like who's the one getting hustled here?

Same here, you do what you can, to get by in America

I used to work at a supermarket for a couple years, and so I saw shyt like this daily. People would be buying up food like it was going out of style. They were eating good, while I was a struggling college student.

But I aint mad, there's clearly people who need food stamps, regardless of the junk it goes toward. Not to mention, I'd rather see a few hundred thousand people scamming an extra $200-600 out of EBT sohh they can potentially eat, than a couple hundred cats on wallstreet, stealing billions, which only marginally trickles back down to the society at large

The income inequality in this country is real. I couldn't imagine trying to live off $8.00 /hr...

With that said, there is a wide range of people on food stamps in need. It's not just blacks and hispanics. There are quite people of asian and caucasian descent whom use these services, if not more...

There are always going to be people who scam any system for their own benefit. I'm just more concerned with the people who scam the system for hundreds of millions and/or Billions of dollars, and not some person who uses an EBT card to hustle a few hundred dollars.

How you know she didn't buy that card from somebody else? I get this lady's card every month for 50 cents on the dollar and swipe that joint with no shame. And I usually buy outlandish ish that I wouldn't normally buy either. My snack game is on point.

I respect all hustle's, however to me i have pride and I would never use an EBT card, for me I rather go back to selling then take handouts.

But, you take all your tax defections and tax credits when you file your taxes every year

Which is the exact same thing as using Foodstamps
