i never used to have problems extracting my funds as soon as i got paid. but then i fukked up on shipping stuff i was selling for like a week. got like 5 bad feeds in a row and they put my account on limited

now i have a new account and u start off limited lol wtf

Have you (and the OP) verified your accounts?

I remember something like PayPal temporarily depositing 2 sets of sub-dollar funds in your bank account to verify that...and then you verified your address by entering in a code that they send you via snail mail.

I've got a 200+ feedback score and been on eBay for 10+ years.
