So my work situation sucks, in non-gym days I get home around 7 so it's prolly 8 or a little later before I eat dinner. On gym days, I get home at 8, haven't added weights back which would get me home around 8:30 therefore I'm really stuck eating at 9pm or later. I go to bed at 11, this is all bad. I can't really pull the gym on the morning cuz I'm up at 5:45 to be on the road by 6:30...does it really matter if you eat late? Especiallyif you're working out? Should I just eat most my calories during the day and stick with shyt like salad, cereal, soup, or protein shakes for dinner? I hate my commute, it fukks up both sides of my day
