I wrestled in high school and I used to cut crazy amounts of weight during the week. I was literally out here starving myself from Tuesday to Friday in order to compete. But after the tournaments, I would eat myself crazy on Sunday and Monday.
Several times I would eat until I threw up, then I would go eat more. Think about that for a second.
That was actually pretty stupid and actually somewhat dangerous, but I didn't know any better.
