I'll play.

1) Unwise =/= Uncivilized.

2) Per your link:
  • Foodborne zoonoses have been estimated to annually affect 10% of the global population
  • Although the risk of porkborne parasites, particularly helminths, may currently be considered insignificant in developed countries, the modern trend of consuming raw meat favours their re-emergence.

This "the modern trend of consuming raw meat favours their re-emergence" is delving into the realm of speculation.

Who in America is eating raw pork? :stopitslime:

You have a higher chance of getting food poison from eating vegetables.

Just to be clear you’re not making the argument that eating vegetables is less healthier than eating pork, right?

Is there an argument to be made of that?
I thought the topic was first uncivilization.
Then it became parasites and sickness and bacteria.
We would have to pivot yet again to the the subject to health benefits so that I can make a proper comparison and thus an argument for or against one or the other.

This is deceptive reasoning.

Their are so many other factors to living a healthy lifestyle. Were their pork from free range pigs? Did they have many other healthy habits aside from eating pork?

I can tell you, not eating meat here in North America, I feel better. My ex girl who was from Jamaica... She felt the same but back in Jamaica she was GREAT eating their animals (which was free range.)
its not the actual animals

Its what the animals are fed

What’s so bad about the video? It looks like the big got roasted. The neck area could’ve been roasted a lil longer but the rest of the pig looks edible.
