What's y'all diets looking like?
amateur or pro bodybuilders operate on a level WAY above what most lifters do. In some ways, their ways and rules don't apply to regular people, even hardcore lifters.

Regular people can eat clean, balanced, nutrient dense diets and use herbs/spices for taste.

Yeah, trying to get to 160 but I've been stuck at this weight for a few weeks. Got down to 162 then the Holidays came :francis:
I’m trying to get around 165(5’11 and 177 at weigh in this morning ). Is there a noticeable difference between 165 and 160? If I stay on track, I’ll get there by Father’s Day.

My girl throwing back my progress. Every weekend she want something that I really don’t need but she bytches or gets sad about eating alone:francis:.

Had three backward progress weekends in a row. I told her yesterday that’s it. Don’t ask me about anything else for a few months. If you want to get something. Go ahead and get it. I’m doin this fit life style and it comes with a diet and I’m very conscious of not trying to force my diet or lifestyle in my family . When we go out they get whatever they want and i just be there observing but not saying a word. I give them their freedom to eat whatever they want. All I ask for is the same consideration. I be trying to keep my cool but my girl be really irking.

Like 85% of the stuff in the kitchen I can’t eat. And yet she be eating my lil lean dinners and I be fukked. I’m so committed I’ll starve before I eat something that’s against my lifestyle.

I think it is breh. I think that's enough to look more cut yet still have the strength to lift the big shyt in the weight room. Anything below 155 and you're not able to lift how I like to lift. I already lost strength by getting this low so I'd say losing 8 more pounds would be as low as I'd go.

Same here breh. On the low I despise her for that shyt. She be bringing shyt in the house that I can't eat which fukks with me because I don't even be thinking about shyt like sushi or cake and she'll bring some in and won't even eat all of it and I hate throwing away food so I'll eat some of it which throws off what I planned on eating.
