I’m trying to get around 165(5’11 and 177 at weigh in this morning ).
Is there a noticeable difference between 165 and 160? If I stay on track, I’ll get there by Father’s Day.
My girl throwing back my progress. Every weekend she want something that I really don’t need but she bytches or gets sad about eating alone

Had three backward progress weekends in a row. I told her yesterday that’s it. Don’t ask me about anything else for a few months. If you want to get something. Go ahead and get it. I’m doin this fit life style and it comes with a diet and I’m very conscious of not trying to force my diet or lifestyle in my family . When we go out they get whatever they want and i just be there observing but not saying a word. I give them their freedom to eat whatever they want. All I ask for is the same consideration. I be trying to keep my cool but my girl be really irking.
Like 85% of the stuff in the kitchen I can’t eat. And yet she be eating my lil lean dinners and I be fukked. I’m so committed I’ll starve before I eat something that’s against my lifestyle.
