You tryna prep your self or just grab and go?
Most large grocery store chains have food sections where they prepare fresh meals, fried chicken and dinner entrees, nowadays some larger ones have sushi, a Lil Chinese food section, pizza,burgers and others entrees and we'll as serving breakfast and lunch and dinner and shyt.
Anyway usually they prepackage some meals.
The other day I had a poke bowl.
It was avacado, edamame, poke tuna and rice...it was a 700 calorie meal.
All I had to do was heat it up or eat it cold. I think I ate it cold. But yeah, they usually have prepackage food they made that day or salads.
