Easy weekend meals

Man, over the summer we've spent a TON on eating out. During the week is fine, but on weekends, you get a little lazy and say fukk cooking

Aside from BBQ'ing...Ya'll have any easy weekend recipes that we can throw together to keep from ordering food?

Problem is we been goin in a little too much on the weekends. Last month we had back to back weekends where Saturday we ordered breakfast and lunch on Uber, then went out to dinner. Then ordered food the next day.

I mean cooking elaborate meals on the weekend, not necessarily ordering out. Most people cook simple meals during the week when time is constrained and then cook interesting meals on the weekend.
