the fact that your completely dismissing the size advantage of a nba athlete who is 6’8 with a 6’10 Wingspan to prop up a 6’1 semi pro boxer shows you got an agenda. Your completely ignoring the reality that as fighters move up in weight they lose stopping power because it takes more strength to be able to hurt opponents as you go up in size. The only person who in recent memory to do it successfully was Pacquia and it was the same reason everyone thought he was on steroids. Also Pacquia went up in weight to do that the height difference wasn’t even significant. A catch weight fight between a 6’8 NBA player and Jack Paul would be absurd to watch.

I didn’t even say the NBA player would do much, just clinch, to put there weight on him and jab to keep distance.

It’s obvious you want to get into a online back forth with the childish jabs you sent my way. I don’t get it, it’s sort of pathetic if you need to do that to feel like you know more.

The size advantage only matters when you spar against and are fighting guys and used to taking those heavy shots. The fact that you put so much emphasis on height/weight shows me you never been in the ring and probably never been in a fight period which is cool but just so you know being big doesnt mean a damn thing. The fact you bring up manny (who is a professional fighter with years of experience( and he's the only fighter you could think of whose gone up in weight class proves you are a casual boxing fan at best. Damn near every pro boxer below heavyweight has gone up mutilple weight classes through out there careers. Further the fact you say "just clinch to put there weight on him and jab" shows your lack of knowledge in regards to boxing. Its not a simple thing to do at all! Clinching is a skill, putting your weight on a fighter is a skill and proper jabbing is a skill! For you to marginalize these skills is disrespectful as fukk to boxing. If your ignorant about a subject dont venture opinion as fact if you think im just bullshytting you as @patscorpio or @mr. smoke weed they are both knowledgeable on the subject and posting in this thread

I would argue that most NBA players would be heavy weights or even super heavy weights and could eat his punches better and basically on size alone drag him.... but yeah boxing is a skill that needs significant training, stamina, and footwork.

It’s would be easier for soccer players to pick it up than any other sport.
That’s not how boxing works size alone isn’t dragging anything :francis: just because your tall and big IF you think you can fukk up a person who can actually box in a boxing ring you gonna get fukked up 99 times out of a 100. This isn’t street fighting skills and technique in boxing is a a very good equalizer.

Nate is too short to be boxing at 181lbs.
He's the same height as UFC middleweight fighters Yoel Romero and Kelvin Gastelum. Same height as boxing legend James Toney. An inch and some change shorter than UFC legend Daniel Cormier

Yall fawn over height like some hoes :mjlol:

5'10 vs 7 feet
