You know it when you start sparring, no kind of other boxing training really prepares you for getting punched. It’s easy to forget all the technique when you’re trying not to get punched, you get nervous and panic.

And then it takes a good amount of sparring to get used to the punches. Knowing what shots you can absorb, how to roll with the shots, slip at the last split second, etc...

No way Nate trained AT ALL. I'm sorry, but I've went to like 2 boxing classes in my life and I guarandamntee I woulda looked better than that. He did not show any signs of someone who actually tried to box in his life. That was the equivalent of a dude playing basketball for the first time not realizing you need to dribble the ball. shyt was embarrassing.

He's been training for a few months, all that shyt goes out the window once you're in there for real for the first time. Paul's been training for 3 years and had a few fights under his belt, shyt wasn't close.
