thats cause its all about losing bodyfat for them to show

sometimes i wish i never went as hard i did on abs cause now i have a stocky ass torso :dro:

those of yall saying chest i strongly implore you to relook at dips and especially weighted dips :wow:

I'm up to about 150 on weighted dips now and it's helped me with my bench too.

Easy: Shoulders and traps

Hard: Calves

But I might have found something to help fix it.

Hardest - Biceps I have to do them 3 times a week.
