biceps are the hardest. Everything else is relatively easy. Getting shredded is hard for me because I like to eat, and I have thick skin due to my abundance of native american blood.
I've got a weird sternum....kind of sticks out instead of going straight down. Makes shyt look a little weird
My legs are big as fukk though. Too big. The combo of being leaner around the waste with bigger legs has made my search for good fitting boxer briefs a challenge
Easiest would def be legs. I feel like if you exercise a lot as a kid you turn on certain genetic gateways to easy gains. I am lazy as hell with my legs and have 25" thighs relaxed
Hardest is arms, but I think its cause I haven't been training optimally or pushing hard enough. I have been making good gains this year
easiest: definitely quads, i was squatting crazy numbers with no problems after some months of squatting
hardest: chest (i have a wide torso and skinny genes, so its hard to fill out), calves (from what i read this muscle is all genetics)
