What are you complaining about? Thats 130,000 students across all the FBS schools that they have to pay. How much are they suppose to be paying out? Thats 78 million right there.

Cats always want to complain. Spending other peoples money.
fukk ea sports though :pachaha: as a company, organization, entity, game developer & everything else

EA sports aint shyt

Breh....think about the thousands of FBS players who will go their entire time at a program and either have never made the stat sheet...or have contributed so little that would literally get paid for doing nothing.

Honestly though, no matter how much they compensated these players, people would complain it wasn't enough.

:yeshrug: players either take the 600 or dont. i dont need Caleb Williams or Marv Jr. in the game or any star cfb players
i care about the schools in the game. no 1 player bigger than the school brand

It's highly unlikely that they're doing face scans for tens of thousands of players....So they're getting paid just for the game developers to put their real names in the game pretty much.

Eh, the camera face scans they have gamers do to get their own likenesses in for created players are pretty decent. They'll probably get some pretty accurate likenesses just building out an app

Now whether they actually do that for CFB 25...that is another question. I know 2K does it; I don't know if Madden does

  • Yup, the game is still scheduled to release this summer, nothing has changed there.
  • Transfer portals and NIL components are in Dynasty and Road to Glory modes. Dynasty mode remains the priority.
  • Conference realignment is in.
  • All 134 FBS teams are in.
  • 12-team College Football Playoff is in.
  • Every bowl game is in.
  • If a player chooses not to opt in on the NIL contract, he will not be able to be created in the game by users.
  • FCS won’t be included at launch. Maybe it comes later in an update, but it’s most likely something for next year.
  • Real coaches will not be included this year, it might be something they add next year or somewhere down the road.
  • Focus is to make sure all 134 teams play like they do in real life from recruiting, play styles and on the field.
  • Individual players will not have face scans for at least the first year.
  • The game runs on the same Frostbite engine as Madden but should look and feel different.
  • All 2024 uniforms will be in the game along with some alternates.
  • Presentation elements will feature stadium and campus renderings, sounds, detailed seats, trophies, statues and more.
  • Senior Bowl is in? Hard to say. While it was tweeted, it wasn’t retweeted by the official account.

Not to mention you have rosters makers across the US who are more than willing to put names on players

This is what I'm afraid of. EA has done their damnest to make Frostbite work for sports games. I have no idea the point of them dropping the Ignite engine

I'm wondering how this is going to work for a school like Hawaii.....they currently are playing at a temp complex that's smaller than some HS stadiums.

If they added in a stadium builder for the smaller schools or an option to upgrade your stadium after you've reached a level of prestige :lawd:

Lemme get Aloha Stadium cause aint no way my dynasty gonna be anything playing here

That $600 amount is a bit embarrassing considering the standpoint that they'd have to pay coaches even more than that hence one of the main reasons that they aren't in the game. It's more easier to exploit the player as most won't turn down the opportunity.
