i decided to try my luck on a cold approach hopefully to land a girls number. I was at Macys and saw a 7/10 and went at her. I thought buying her some expensive perfume off the bat would impress her and show her i am baller but after a stale 15 convo from her part she took the gift and said goodbye leaving me with nothing. She wasnt even that hot either wtf i need to work out the chinks in my game before i go broke lol

In the short term nothing you do for a woman matters positively in fact its more than likely to count against you. The average woman has no problem taking handouts.
