a cornerback dont impact a team as much as a qb or RB or tackle or defensive end
And its not 100% Ramsey is actually the best player in the draft. He a great athlete who may have technique issues.

In today's NFL the rules are bent to favor QBs anyway. You can be average and still serviceable.
Plus I just thought Eagles weren't in s position where they needed a QB THAT bad to leverage picks for oline and defense.
