Even with Rubio at 100% and missing only about less than 10 or 15 games, I think the Wolves best would be like a 6th seed even with a healthy Rubio. I don't see them being better than the Lakers, Thunder, Nuggets, Grizzles, or the Jazz. And debatable if they will be better than the Clipps. This season is pivotal season for the Wolves if they want to keep Love who might opt out after his 3rd season if I'm right? Also, do the Wolves even have cap space anymore too? But, with the Spurs match-up, IDK about beating them in 5. They have a great chance because Rubio matches up well with Parker and his length and his D can actually shut Parker down. But, if the Wolves had home court advantage against the Spurs, I would actually say the Wolves do win and a Wolves and Thunder 7 game series would be
Thankfully it doesn't sound like Rubio will miss that many games. At most he'll miss a month. I wouldn't rush him back though, even if it costs them a playoff spot. Maybe it's time for Love to man the fukk up and get them to win games without him, since he thinks he's greatness and all. If they're treading water (hovering around .500 without Rubio), then they're a playoff team because they'll win with him in the lineup. It's just a matter of when. This whole offseason was to get the team to a point where they don't fall apart without Rubio. That's where Roy and AK-47 come in.
