thats the best way. just make sure everyone is on it 100% cause in my experience, everyones down until the time comes. luckily for me my peoplei do it with are my closest friends

i got 6 producers and a photographer/video guy, but they are all the "i just wanna make music type" think they wont be able to break in, which is why im going at the business right now myself tryna connect all the dots for us. wish i could find someone reliable who would mix and master but people wanna be paid and the only money im puttin down is for promotion at the moment. a lil promotion will go a long way when your trying to market yourself. remember PERCEPTION IS REALITY and everything associated with yoru brand will be very important.

i mean... i do music bro. purely and simply put. I've never gone out to try and get signed, in fact very few people have heard anything me and my peoples have done. But im trying to come out strong by the new year so the possibility of getting signed to some type of deal would be possible but its not in my perception of reality at the moment. my plan is to grind my way up the real way and associate my name with real artists. quality over quanitity shyt. To give you a sense of what i mean, myself ive written/recorded atleast 100 songs(beat/lyrics) this past year... but only 30 or so i'd really would want to put my name on to show what my style is. Not that the other 70 are bad, but everyones a critic, hating on the top 30 is unacceptable

I have two rappers , noone for commercial records tho but i dont do commercial shyt really, i do real shyt

Nah I am from Brooklyn. I am looking to put out a mixtape next year. The last one I put out got 5000 downloads. This one I am trying to make bigger than the last time. I would like to shoot a video. Much like you I am trying to save where I can so I can put to promotion.
