I believe the kid. He’s the oldest and the most capable of thinking for himself. Dwight never had any intention of raising this kid because he doesn’t like the mother, which isn’t a valid excuse.

He’s got a fiancée now so it’s probably really a wrap for raising any of those kids he’s going to knock her up and raise that kid the right way (at least for as long as the relationship lasts).
