My kids and almost every other kid I know thinks their dad is superman. So I can imagine your dad ignoring you must hurt. Yes money is great and all but I'd wager most kids would rather have their dads company than material things.

It will hurt even more when he finally marries and raises kids with the woman he eventually gets married to. And you will wonder why you weren't special enough to him for him to make the effort for you. Not the effort of marrying your mom but the effort of being in your life as much as possible.

Regardless how shytty a baby mama is try your best to be in your kids life. Not just send a check. Spend actual time with them. So many adults with issues coz of their physically or emotionally unavailable parents.

Life ain't fair and men and women aren't equally yoked, Dwight been out here that's why I'm not shocked. Dummies gon' dummy it's on those with shyt to lose to know better and a woman will lose her body for 9 months in terms of complete autonomy, and some never get back in terms of aesthetics after kids. Women literally choose what life comes into this world and what life doesn't, that's not up for debate that's biology. Historically women have terminated pregnancies when they didn't want them brought to term out of protest for mistreatment/abuse (slaves, concubines, etc.), or out of the inability to care for them (poor women, women who can't make the time).

All things being equal yes BOTH can make better choices, but if the man already has a track record of dropping seeds and moving fast/not being a present father in addition to the whole ordeal being the woman's call with her having more to lose immediately. I'll place more blame on her. The same way people place more blame on men for marrying golddiggers, when they have a clear motive/track record.
