it's a great motivational speech sure, but you can't be saying all of that while at the same time holding up tons of other employees on set because you don't want to work more than 4-5 hours on a Hollywood production that is paying you millions.

Same time though, I wouldn't be late as hell while making these demands.

and on top of that ... a typical, movie production is trying to shoot that shyt and get out as quickly as possible to save money ..... so it's not like it's some long-term commitment...... shoot for a few weeks and move on. also, the stars of the movies are treated like royalty on these sets with their own air conditioned trailers and shyt.

if we're being honest ... MOST of these celebrities don't have a gotdamn clue what real work is... so forgive us if we don't pity someone like Rock (and his antics) for getting paid millions while wasting the time of other staff members / employees who actually work for a living.

A lot of actors and actresses show up late because of ego, but you can't be working out three hours a day for a role and talking about hard work ethic while simultaneously showing up late. Either dead all that talk during press tours and keep showing up late as hell. Or, you know, don't show up late and practice what you preach. I understand he has a lot of other business ventures that he has to tend to, but that's why you hire proficient people to do that shyt while you fulfill these obligations.
