I seriously can’t believe it’s so high. Blu been here since 2005/2006? DVDs were late 90s? That’s not that far apart, and Definitely worth the upgrade.

Hell, I didn’t jump on to blu/HD until 2011.

I stopped buying physical movies altogether yrs ago. I was thinking about getting into 4k blu ray with PS5, but it’s going this route, I’ll stick to torrents and streaming I was on OG blu ray tough, but once I needed another player for 4k I quit physical movies. Haven’t bought a DVD since the video rental went out of business in my college town

I own a lot of blu-rays and 4k blu-rays. I want the best picture I can get with amazing sound and bonus features. I will still buy from Criterion Collection, Arrow Video, and other boutique labels. Unfortunately Disney took Fox off the market for old movie releases so Disney can fukk off.
