In America they tax the fukk out of you. That's why they don't want abortions and why there isn't large numbers of death sentences. They'd rather keep you in jail forever or on hospice for as long as possible. Sure it hurts the taxpayers but someone is getting paid.

If prisons and hospitals were too full and it was too much of a problem you'd see lots more people accidently dying, being killed, more "suicides" within facilities (jail or healthcare).
