As a paramedic I’ve been on the aftermaths of some horrific suicidesNice that she has a painless, peaceful way out of her bad situation.
Wanna die in the U.S you gotta risk suffering in pain or leave a mess behind for ppl to clean up.
I would totally support having this in the U.S.
Lmaoooo, nikka, reread your post. A Dr is gonna remove your vocal cords?
Once again, that would immediately make it ineligible. You have to state your willingness to die to multiple levels, including the Dr, medical board and presumably the government since they do checks to make sure you died humanely and the Dr did the right thing.
Literally nothing about it is involuntary or quick.
You sound paranoid. You might as well not go to the Dr period because what's stopping them from essentially doing the same shyt? Be it medically or while you're in a stay or during surgery?
Forget naivety, you sound paranoid past any logic.
this. ideally the approval process would also require people to resolve any legal or financial responsibilities in advance. and a mandatory waiting/cooling off period after everything is set.If that's truly what someone wants I feel they should have that right. My only concern would be is the person making the decision under a sound mind and judgment. If it can be determined that they are they should be allowed to do it.
It was figurative.
Are you American? Do you understand what medical "professionals" have gotten away with in this country?
I get physicals every year. this is not that.
Canada is going to legalize assisted death, and states down here will start too. You'll end up with negative population growth as the suicide rate explodes. The economy will start to crumble as there aren't people working for below minimum wage or buying things
