This is most likely the way it went down according to the facts at trial and what the jury likely saw... Trayvon spots Zimmerman and runs..... Zimmerman got of the car pursued him, waited somewhere for police to arrive... looking out for Trayvon, Trayvon probably being terrified with a natural fight or flight response. popped out of somewhere and popped zimmerman in his face and began beating the shyt out of him. Zimmerman pulls out the gun cause he was blacking out. Trayvon sees the gun, a struggle for the gun ensues. Zimmerman pops the gun off and Trayvon is dead.

I don’t claim to be a crime scene forensics expert but I would think that something as obvious as the absence of DNA on the barrel of the gun would throw red flags to prosecutor that Zimmerman’s account was not correct. They did not dispute it for a reason because again it is consistent with Zimmerman’s account. Science does not lie which Youtube guy did not account for.

There is doubts on Zimmerman's side of the testimony, don't get me wrong but guess what the burden is not on Zimmerman but on the prosecution to to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmermn was guilty and youtube guy did not sell me. The real outrage was the Sanford Police and their investigative process after the incident last year. Did not even give Mr. Zimmerman a blood alcohol test during the 5 hour interrogation. They also made a determination of self defense way too early and Zimmerman should have been arrested that night. This was correct outrage regarding this case...

Zimmerman was wrong from jump, he was an overzealous neighborhood

profiling is what got the ball rolling for the chain of events that
that occurred that night. That is a given.

Now let me educate you on something... you said the prosecution placed a charge that did not complement the evidence Okay there is only two possible charges that the prosecution could have legitimately charged Zimmerman with.


“ the vendetta against black people” comes with the prosecution’s
charge of 2nd degree murder, if they wanted the Murder 2 conviction,
they have to demonstrate a murder with no regard for human life.….
Murder with a depraved heart. Depraved heart in this cae would be demonstration that Zimmerman hated black people and saw Trayvon who is black and did not care and wanted him dead. Zimmerman is an idiot but not afunctional racist ….. he did not decide to kill Trayvon because he
was black only, there was other factors.

ALSO the feds better learn from the florida prosecution and not touch this because this is a case of stupidity and not a federal hate crime.

Then there was manslaughter which is The killing of a human being by
the act, procurement, or culpable negligence of another, without
lawful justification. The manslaughter charge is the one that most
likely made sense. The problem with this charge is that the
prosecution could not get over the self defense claim by Zimmerman.

What did you want the prosecution bring against Zimmerman then??, the
only charge was manslaughter, 2nd degree was an overreach.
Manslaughter was it but the whole case on Manslaughter depended on Zimmerman’s self defense claim.

The prosecution's tough task in this case was to completely obliterate Zimmerman claims about what happened that night.

Third of all stop putting words in my mouth breh, I never said "bu bu
the defense's witness claim his version is correct". The trial clearly
showed conflicting eye witness testimony about what happened that
night. Some who supports Zimmerman's account of things and others who expressed theories about how Trayvon was correct. Which is understandable since it was in the dark and it was a rainy mist when things went down.

Also In criminal law, it is all about the evidence, there is no solid
evidence for the alternative scenarios that this guy is spewing but
the evidence coupled together supports Zimmerman’s claim.

Ignoring the fact that you guys are behind youtube guy 100 percent but he ignores the forensic and autopsy reports regarding the bullet trajectory.

There is no dispute that the gun was fired off 2-4 inches over the layer of clothes that Trayvon was wearing that night.

Also I clearly said based on the evidence at trial and what the jury
saw from the evidence, this was the likely scenario. I am not making
this up with my version, I am only pointing at what the evidence
points to. The law is logic, like it or not. It is mostly about inferences in criminal law.

Back to the fight or flight, It seems the only rational response on
why Trayvon came back after running the initial time, he got cornered or he felt that Zimmerman was trying to punk him and got angry.


Back to this guy’s video, This is the reason why I cut him off.

THIS IS NOT ME ADVOCATING FOR GEORGE ZIMMERMAN. I AM ONLY TALKING ABOUT WHAT THE JURY CONCLUDED BASED ON THE EVIDENCE AND WHY THIS GUYS THEORY IS FLAWED AS WELL

Okay first of all start off at 1:17.. His whole premise starts on the
question of why Zimmerman never pulled his gun out when he saw Trayvon
approach him.

My original point is that if you start there... the guy then says
there is no possible way that Trayvon could get his hands on Zimmerman
without him drawing his weapon…. he then proceeds to say the only way
possible is that Trayvon snuck up on him and then he says that George
Zimmerman never said that (look at it is at 1:17)…. But I just pulled the New York Post article where Zimmerman says this and Zimmerman’s fox news interview where he again says Trayvon snuck up on him.

Now Youtube guy moves onto the altercation, The trajectory of
the bullet in the autopsy report matched Zimmerman’s account that Trayvon was over Zimmerman when the bullet hit Trayvon’s body. I don’t claim to be a crime scene forensics expert but I would think that something as obvious as the absence of DNA on the barrel of the gun would throw red flags to prosecutor that Zimmerman’s account was not correct. They did not dispute it for a reason because again it is consistent with Zimmerman’s account. Science does not lie which Youtube guy did not account for.

Youtube guy also said that George Zimmerman is not screaming for help just because he has a gun on him. If I am getting my ass kicked like Zimmerman was and if his story is correct then I may have forgotten I had a gun just by the shock of what just happened. If someone popped you in the face or popped out of nowhere, you would not be shocked ever?

Then there is the steady scream... I don't know who was screaming and at the end of the day, it may have been Trayvon for all we know slamming his head in the concrete because he was scared hoping that someone will come and witness the situation and stop it.

He also asks if Trayvon fell over him how come no blood was found on Zimmerman. Trayvon was also wearing alot of layer of clothes that night, Because Trayvon had two layers of clothing and was leaning over with one hanging lower than the other, Not much if any blood would come through the single bullet hole in the clothing with them hanging off of him like that. I just poked another hole in his theory.

He also asks why is Trayvon grasping his chest when his body was found face down. It has been on record that the forensic pathologist said that Trayvon took about a minute to die. Another whole in this youtube guys theory.

and at 6:52, how come Zimmerman is not scooting Martin off like a bytch (his language) at that point instead of throwing him off. He call him a bytch in the video at least I think so because Zimmerman can not fight and got salty

This is all the defense had to do to get Zimmerman off.

Again look at the title, it says Man Explains Why Zimmerman Is Guilty & How The Fight With Trayvon Martin Went Down.

I was looking for clear and convincing evidence that Zimmerman is guilty which I still did not see after suffering through nine minutes of that. As soon as he said that @ 1:17 I knew from jump what this was turning into. a theory that does not mean anything at the end of the day.



Both accounts were plausible and bevy of alternatives were also. (Except that last part where he says the Zimmerman was salty because he lost the fight and shot him at point blank range which the bullet trajectory report is not consistent with this account )

Like you and I and like everyone else, we all do not know what
happened that night, otherwise it would be an easy case. You do not convict people and send them to prison or to be executed with less than solid evidence. The system is designed not to convict anyone on less than clear and convincing evidence. There is reasonable doubt all over the prosecution's case.

There is a doubts on Zimmerman's side of the testimony, don't get me wrong but guess what the burden is not on Zimmerman but on the prosecution to to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Zimmermn was guilty and youtube guy did not sell me. He was trying to present a case in a 9 minute video that takes days and research to support. Again he was emotional like most people are at this tragedy.

Youtube guy seems like a smart guy, I hope he is applying himself and exploiting his abilities towards something constructive other than a lost cause and circus which this case turned into when the new prosecutor charged Zimmerman with second degree murder and bypassed the Grand Jury. Again I am not saying whether he is telling the truth or not but all legal experts knew how this would turn out midway through the trial.

Like it or not Zimmerman’s tale at the end of the day was more convincing than Prosecution’s theory. I don't believe dead man tell no tales…. Dead man tell tales supported by eyewitness testimony and forensic evidence.
Unfortunately the prosecution lacked support of this in that case. Also note I am not mentioning Trayvon's case out of respect because he can't tell his side of what happened that night.


I am real tired of the media circus that surrounds this case and the attention it is receiving. This case should have never been brought to the jury.

The real outrage was the Sanford Police and their investigative process after the incident last year. Did not even give Mr. Zimmerman a blood alcohol test during the 5 hour interrogation. They also made a determination of self defense way too early and Zimmerman should have been arrested that night. This is

Zimmerman was wrong from jump, he was an overzealous neighborhood
watch. This was an avoidable tragedy. His life is over because of his stupidity and cowardice.

But stop pretending that Zimmerman was guilty without a doubt without
any clear evidence. Stop prolonging this nonsense.
