Streaming farms exist but that's not the most efficient way to juice a record. The most effective way is what we see whenever Drake, Kendrick, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, etc drop a new single: playlist placement. The songs get plastered all over the front page of the apps, put on various playlists etc to ensure extra streams. But while that can get a record in the door, it can't break a record. People have to actually fukk with the music. Given how long Not Like Us has been going it's undeniable that it's just a hot record people fukk with. At this point it's barely even a diss record, it's an anthem.
