You're also forgetting that many people here report posts they simply disagree with. And if the mod disagrees with it then he'll warn too which isn't fair. That happened to me. Asked about it publicly and never heard anything in return.

The first warning I did, but honestly I didn't realize I was saying anything offensive until someone quoted me, then I looked it up in the dictionary. Quoted the guy back to apologize because I didn't know, and ended up getting warned.

The second one was because there was a thread that said black people didn't tip. I said it wasn't fully true but there was some truth to it and explained through personal experiences. No trolling. Just discussion. People got mad. Got warned for that. Asked in event staff hoping for an admin response and never heard anything.
