alot of these do got many racial undertones aswell....i also wanted toi drop a gem....because to me the kicker for any piece is making ppl think...i dont care how cool it look, how fly the colors are or skillful the illustrations are...if i dont drop a gem, i feel like i wasted my time, and failed as an artist...I want my work to always if not teach atleast make the viewer think from a different prospective

i had young black kids in mind, i use children alot. i have a special love for children because of the innocence they have how their growing up in a society thats build to devour them ... ...i talk about the traps of this society, a society that was created by man and not by the creator....the temptations, choices, fate...using education and critical thinking to position yourself in the correct safe spots..like chess....theyre personal to an extent....like the rightuoes road...if i didnt follow that i would've been finished...because im not suppose too really still be standing and certainly not improving ...that one is special to me...aesthetically it isnt that great but i like it for that reason
i like knowledge alot personally...i wished i would've named it food...the original name was fruits, the concept was to have the kids reading and have fruit trees growing from their brain.
but i wanted to make it a little more realistic...so i added the snake and the wolves in the background....waiting to devour them, but with the power of knowledge and knowledge of self...u can escape the fate of being exploited
I put alot of symbolism in...like vultures...i look using animals as metaphors for exploitative individuals...traps...anything that will lead to self destruction
devil delights is is str8 forward...not to say that all money and materialism is bad...but the addiction of it is.....because really its a trap if thats your main goal in life....i added the crown, because their isnt no crown in reality, its men chasing an illusion of being god....but no matter how much man tried to turn himself into a god hell always feel empty and crave more...lol thats why they want to move to mars...man can never get enough
caught in a bing, isnt the prettiest lol....but i loved the message so much i dont care....the buildings standing tall....these cities.....trying to navigate your way through society and escape...whatever that means ....in order to escape it takes thinking...thats why i added the books in the book bag and the sword...i liked the pacman concept...aswell....because if u think about it....life is like a game of pacman.....ghost number 1 over there , ghost #2 around the corner.....ghost 3 and 4 from the other angles....so u just figure out avenues to avoid each ghost to make it out the maze....whatever maze your trapped in
