There’s a lot wrong with Dr. Umar but he’s right on this point. If we are gonna condemn drug dealers, gangsters, and degenerate rappers why are they allowed in our spaces?
Crime exists in many communities everywhere and all countries but in the African American community we don’t shun our criminal elements like other cultures. Like I’m at my big mommas house and my uncle is a drug dealer and my cousin is on parole for cracking somebody’s head open. I didn’t realize how weird that was until I got older.
In white and Asian families they don’t talk to them anymore and they aren’t allowed around.
